For the purpose of this study, the focus shifts towards finding the effect of Islamic crowdfunding on SMEs development in engineering projects (financial dimensions, customer, internal operations, growth & education and social dimension) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A total of four hundred and forty four employees were sampled out of the population by the use of simple random sampling method. The analysis concentrates on the results of the questionnaire survey which was administered to a representative sample of the staffs of small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researchers hypothesized that Islamic crowdfunding has a positive significant impact on those small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This hypothesis has been accepted. Moreover, the results suggested that there are positive significant differences referring to the effect of crowdfunding on the growth of small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia owing to the demographic variables (age, qualification, years of experience, position and field of work).
