A Novel Cryptographic Approach: Armstrong Number Key Generation with RGB Encoding for Enhanced Data

With the rapid advancement of digital transformation, cybersecurity has become an essential foundation for protecting information and ensuring trust in digital systems. It provides protection for our personal data, financial information, and national security against the constantly changing dangers presented by cybercriminals. Cybersecurity empowers firms to foster innovation and individuals to establish connections without apprehension. Cryptography is crucial in cybersecurity as it offers vital mechanisms to safeguard data and maintain secure communication. However, attackers are becoming more sophisticated and employing highly intricate algorithms to break security and get unauthorized access to critical information. This paper proposes a novel cryptographic technique that utilizes Armstrong numbers for key generation, hence enhancing cryptographic strength. Additionally, the incorporation of RGB encoding introduces a unique layer of protection. The encryption key is derived from each individual digit of Armstrong numbers, while the data is graphically encoded using RGB colors, which will enhance the code's resilience. This approach introduces a novel framework for data security that effectively safeguards against unauthorized access and enhances resilience against cyberattacks. The effectiveness of this strategy may be confirmed by analyzing the simulation outcomes.
