This study examines the impact of decision-making through team coordination dimensions–interpersonal skills, technical skills, quality targets, coordination efforts, and team maturity–on project performance in Jordan's construction industry. Utilizing a quantitative approach with data from 204 managers, it finds a positive correlation between decision-making towards team coordination and project performance, emphasizing the strategic importance of these dimensions. The research highlights the necessity for firms to prioritize decision-making through team coordination to enhance project outcomes, contributing to the body of knowledge on project management and offering practical insights for improving construction project execution. Future work could further explore these relationships and the influence of external factors.
