Discussion on Computer-aided Automatic Generation of Distribution Network Dispatching Operation Tickets for Load Transfer, Power Outage, and Power Restoration in Power Dispatch

Due to the increasing complexity of the distribution network, manual writing methods are difficult to meet the requirements of speed and accuracy, especially in case of emergencies. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of scheduling work, this paper studies a scheduling job sequence generation method based on comprehensive power outage. On this basis, this article adopts a power system network modeling method based on the power system, and combines the equipment information, operation rules, and operation rules in the system to optimize the operation tasks. Power outage area A (equipment failure) response time of 2 seconds, operation ticket generation time of 4 seconds, and operation ticket accuracy of 95%; Power outage area B (natural disaster) response time is 3 seconds, operation ticket generation time is 5 seconds, and operation ticket accuracy is $\mathbf{9 8 \%}$. The research results indicate that this new control strategy can effectively reduce operational errors, shorten downtime, and is of great significance for enhancing the stability and safety of the power grid.
