Analysis of Time Synchronization Technology of 5G Slice Based on TSN
With the rapid development of 5G technology, network slicing technology has become the key to meet diversified business needs. However, it is a great challenge to ensure the timing synchronization between slices. Therefore, this article proposes a timing synchronization scheme of 5G slices based on TSN, aiming at achieving high-precision time synchronization and deterministic transmission. Firstly, the specific requirements and technical indicators of timing synchronization of 5 G slices are defined. Then, the design of timing synchronization scheme based on TSN is introduced in detail, which uses the high-precision time synchronization and deterministic transmission characteristics of TSN technology to meet the timing synchronization requirements of 5G chips. By optimizing the network architecture, selecting the appropriate time synchronization protocol, and designing the isolation and timing control mechanism between slices. The experimental results show that the timing synchronization technology of 5G slices based on TSN can achieve microsecond time synchronization accuracy, effectively reduce the transmission delay between slices and within slices, and improve the efficiency and real-time performance of data transmission. Furthermore, the technology also shows good stability and reliability, and can quickly restore the synchronization state after the fault occurs. It provides new ideas and methods for the development of 5G slicing technology.
