The aim of this research is to identify the impact of human resources management practices (planning, hiring, training and performance evaluation) on government excellence at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs in the State of Qatar. Three hundred and fifty-five employees were surveyed through a simple random sample.
