Research and Implementation of Intelligent Security Protection Algorithm for 5G Communication
With the widespread deployment of 5G communication technology, it is facing severe security challenges while providing high-speed, large-capacity and low-delay communication services. Aiming at the security risks such as data leakage, network intrusion and denial of service in 5G network, this paper deeply studies the intelligent security protection algorithm for 5G communication. Firstly, by introducing advanced machine learning and deep learning technology, this study constructs an intelligent intrusion detection system (IDS) that can automatically detect and respond to various network threats. The system utilizes a combination of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short Term Memory Networks (LSTM) to capture the temporal and spatial characteristics of network traffic, achieving efficient and accurate classification of network traffic, and distinguishing between normal network behavior and abnormal or malicious behavior. In addition, through a large number of experiments and tests, the stability and generalization ability of the system under various attack types are verified. Secondly, in order to improve the adaptability of the system, an adaptive security protection strategy is designed in this study. This strategy can dynamically adjust security protection measures according to the real-time network environment and detected threats, and effectively deal with emerging security challenges. Through threat assessment and policy adjustment, strict defense against high-level threats and lightweight defense against low-level threats are realized, ensuring the normal operation of network services. The intelligent security protection algorithm designed in this paper is not only innovative and advanced in theory, but also shows good detection ability and protection effect in practice. Therefore, this research has important theoretical significance and practical application value for improving the security of 5G communication networks.
