Impact of Knowledge Management Process on Enhancing Administrative Creativity: Evidence from Bahrain

The aim of this research is to identify the impact of knowledge management (knowledge generating, storage, dissemination, and application) on enhancing administrative creativity at Gulf Petrochemical Industry Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Two hundred employees were surveyed through a simple random sampling method. The analysis is based on the outcomes of a questionnaire survey distributed to a representative sample of the employees. The researchers hypothesized a statistically significant impact of knowledge management on enhancing administrative creativity. Findings revealed that the main hypothesis was accepted, and no statistically significant differences were noted in employee opinions relating to knowledge management and administrative creativity based on demographics such as gender, age, marital status, qualification, and years of experience.
