Optimization of Power Grid Maintenance Cost Management Based on Intelligent Fuzzy Algorithm and Standard Operation Cost Method
The maintenance and operation costs account for half of the controllable costs of power grid enterprises. With the increasing investment in power grid construction year by year, the operation and maintenance costs show a continuous upward trend, making it urgent to reasonably control the maintenance costs. Currently, the commonly used method for power grid maintenance cost accounting is the full cost method based on quotas, which has unclear cost allocation and is difficult to control activities with high costs. This article proposes a comprehensive evaluation of power grid maintenance based on intelligent fuzzy algorithm, considering various factors of the power grid to determine the maintenance plan. Moreover, the standard operation cost management theory is applied to the power grid maintenance cost management. The power grid maintenance standard operation cost management system and management process are detailed, providing a reference for power grid enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
