Intelligent Evaluation System of Power Grid External Information Based on Hierarchical Analysis Method

As the external environment faced by power grid enterprises is becoming increasingly complex and volatile, the collection, analysis and utilization of external intelligence information is of great importance to key business activities such as decision-making, risk management and market forecasting. However, how to effectively evaluate the importance of external intelligence information has become an urgent problem. First, a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is established. Then, the weights of these indicators were assigned based on the hierarchical analysis method. Finally, the degree of importance of information was evaluated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, a structured decision support tool is provided for power grid enterprises, which helps them to understand more clearly the degree of influence of different information on enterprise decision-making. The results of the study show that the hierarchical analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method show good suitability in the evaluation of the importance of external intelligence information in power grid enterprises. The application of this evaluation method can help promote the systematization and standardization of the intelligence work of power grid enterprises and provide a complete evaluation system of the importance of intelligence information for enterprises.
