It analyzed the Adult Child MW Procedure, from 2013 to 2023, for adolescents aged 12-14. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential (5% significance level). Results: The number of MW granted with the 27 Brazilian states was 61 units. Every year, around five to six MW were granted per state. The Southeast and South were the regions that granted the most MW. There was a significant difference (p<0,05) between the North and Northeast, North and South, North and Southeast, Midwest and South, Midwest and Southeast, Northeast and South, and Northeast and Southeast regions. The states of São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul were the largest to grant MW. Conclusion: Grants of MW in early adolescence in the country appear to be inadequate, are concentrated in the Southeast and South Regions, and have been exacerbated by the Covid 19 pandemic.
