Indicator Model to Evaluate Teacher Training in Digital Platforms

This study proposes an integrated model of indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of university faculty training in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas. This model combines qualitative and quantitative metrics across four key dimensions: platform usage, teacher satisfaction, impact on student performance, and evaluation of pedagogical performance in higher education. The adopted methodology includes data analysis collected through surveys, platform logs, and teacher interviews, ensuring a comprehensive and representative approach. The results show a significant improvement in the effectiveness of training programs, reflected in enhanced digital competencies among teachers, diversified use of technological tools, an 18% increase in student performance, and high levels of teacher satisfaction (92%). This model provides a practical, adaptable tool with the potential to transform teacher training in educational institutions, promoting innovative and effective pedagogical practices.
