Towards a Proposed Model for Ethical Decision in Engineering Projects
The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual framework which ultimately amounts to a guiding model for ethical decision-making in the engineering projects sector. both Meta-analysis and desk research methodology (Archival research) have been used as appropriate methodologies to achieve the objective of the article, these approaches integrate results from numerous previous studies to offer a summary of knowledge in a research area, and ultimately to support the proposed ethical decision model, the mentioned model has three steps, first, at the academic institution level to initialize ethical competences enhancement as well as the role of organizations themselves through organizational values, norms and ethics. Second, to support the ethical intensity with decision makers, that affected by both of recognize moral issue, make moral judgment, establish moral intent engage in moral behavior.
