Impact of Entrepreneurship on Promoting Sustainable Development (Evidence from Saudi Arabia)

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of entrepreneurship-specifically innovation, risk-taking, and flexibility/adaptation-on sustainable development within Saudi hospitality and tourism committees and associations. A total of 162 employees were surveyed using a simple random sampling method. The analysis is based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to a representative sample of employees from the relevant committees and associations. The researchers hypothesized that entrepreneurship significantly affects sustainable development in these organizations, and the findings supported this hypothesis. Additionally, the results showed no significant differences in the impact of entrepreneurship and its dimensions on sustainable development based on demographic factors such as gender, marital status, age, qualifications, and years of experience.
