Assessing the Economic and Health Sustainability Corridor in the Asian Economy
This research explores the relationship between green growth, financial development, energy use, and environmental sustainability in Asian economies. It highlights the importance of addressing climate change issues to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The study uses panel data from 2010 to 2019 and complex econometric tools like PMG-ARDL and the Dumitrescu-Hurlin causality test. Results show that green growth, financial development, and renewable energy consumption all reduce air pollution in Asian countries in the short and long term. The study suggests that removing poor policies, ineffective resource management, corruption, and bureaucracy can help achieve the Sustainable Development Agenda Goals.
