Two hundred and fifty-eight employees were surveyed through a simple random sampling method. The findings indicated that this hypothesis was accepted. Moreover, results indicated that there were no significant differences relating to the impact of psychological capital with its dimensions in question on the organizational identity at the headquarters in question due to the demographic (age, qualification, and years of experience), while there were differences due to (position).
