The study aims to establish the general structure of supply chains, explain the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on supply chains, and suggest solutions and alternatives that can contribute to resolving the problem of supply chain bottlenecks and identifying the strategic changes implemented by the aluminum industry sector in Bahrain to manage supply chains as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as outlining the measures taken by Bahrain's aluminum industry sector to mitigate the impact of future crises. The basic sample consists of (83) employees from the Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Company (GARMCO), and the data are obtained using a questionnaire that the researcher prepared in a way that suited its application through Google Forms and distributing its link to the study community. The results reveal that the COVID-19 pandemic has a statistically significant impact on the level of supply chains at GARMCO in Bahrain at the significance level of (0.01).
