Efficient Optical Character Recognition based Text Detection Method in Robotic Process Automation in Power Systems
The scale of dispatch automation systems is constantly expanding due to the large-scale integration of new power system entities, and the operation and maintenance requirements of power grid automation systems are increasing. The challenges faced by automation personnel are also increasing. The combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides powerful technical support for automated processing of documents containing text information. To this end, this paper develops an efficient optical character recognition-based text detection method in robotic process automation in power systems. The numerical results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed solution for text detection in the RPA in the context of the power system operation.
