Design and Simulation of Health Monitoring Software for Smart Pension System Based on Collaborative Recommendation Algorithm

With the change of China’s population structure, the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent. With the emergence of the intelligent pension system, the elderly can better enjoy caring pension services. As the elderly are facing more health problems, health recommendation service is closely related to the health of the elderly, so it is particularly important. This paper analyzes and studies the health information recommendation algorithm combining user preference and trust relationship. In order to improve the accuracy of recommendation algorithm, this paper mines the user preferences and trust relationships of the elderly from their historical behaviors and social relationships. The combination of direct trust and indirect trust leads to social trust. Finally, the dynamic fusion method is adopted to adjust the weights of user preference similarity and social trust to obtain the mixed similarity among users. According to the software engineering specification process, the design of the software and each functional module is described in detail, and the function and performance of the software are tested by making test cases. The test results show that the elderly health information service recommendation software meets the expected functional requirements and performance requirements, and achieves the expected goal.
