Financial Structure Analysis (FSA) is a crucial instrument for informed management decision-making inside a firm, facilitating the evaluation of safety margins and the reduction of financial risks. The primary aim of this study is to ascertain how ALBA Company can utilize Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) to facilitate financing decisions, enhance safety margins, and mitigate financial risks. Methodology of research: The annual reports published data for the last 6 years (2018–2023) of ALBA Company is utilized for financial ratio analysis through descriptive statistical methods for presentations. The study demonstrates that analyzing Financial Structure is crucial for effective decision-making, and companies ought to prioritize Financial Structure Analysis to improve their safety margins and reduce financial risks. Limitations: The study is confined to the Financial Statements issued by ALBA Company from 2018 to 2023. Contribution: The paper assists many stakeholder types in making crucial finance decisions.
