Analysis of Similar Words in English Movie Lines Based on Machine Learning

Film is a very important art form that has received increasing attention from the public since its emergence. These movies all include their own movie lines, some of which are even more deeply ingrained in people’s hearts and have gained popularity among audiences of different ages. In order to help movie enthusiasts and researchers understand the similarity of these movie lines, this paper proposes a machine learning based method for analyzing similarc words in English movie lines. The first step of this plan is to obtain the original English dialogue data of the movie waiting for analysis. This article takes the dialogue of the movie “Avatar” as an example; Next is the visualization of the basic information of these movie lines, including analysis of keywords, word frequency; The third step is to use Word2Vec, a machine learning algorithm, to deeply explore the information contained in movie dialogue. The Word2Vec model is trained using all the dialogue data from the movie “Avatar”. The entire process data is displayed using visual charts, and the similarity between the first five words closest to “sooner” is preliminarily tested; Finally, two sets of other vocabulary tests were given, and the prediction results for similar words were good, which can be widely used.
