Patients have features of clinical motion of menopause with the diseases of thyroid

The objective: a study of influence of the combined forms of pathology of thyroid and hepatobiliary system is on clinical motion of climacteric syndrome.Materials and methods. It was conducted complex clinical-and-laboratory and functional inspection 200 women with a climacteric syndrome, which parted on the followings groups: 50 patients with a climacteric syndrome on a background pathology of the hepatobiliary system – I group; 50 patients with a climacteric syndrome on a background the disease of thyroid is a II group; 50 patients with a climacteric syndrome on a background combination of diseases of the hepatobiliary system and thyroid is a III group; 50 patients with a climacteric syndrome and absence of extragenital pathology is a control group. To the complex of the conducted researches were included clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical methods. Results. The basic indexes of the state of health of women which got a hormone replacement therapy on a background the combined pathology of thyroid and hepatobiliary system are characterized by the decline of the modified menopausal index on 52% for women with a cholecystitis; for patients with a fatty hepatosis – on 42%; with chronic hepatitis – on 32% and with autoimmuny thyroiditis – on 26%. The therapy conducted on the whole was instrumental in the improvement of quality of life 72% women with the diseases of thyroid; 68% – with combined thyroid and by hepatobiliary pathology and in 62% – with the diseases of the hepatobiliary system. Conclusions. Disease of thyroid and hepatobiliary system, especially at their combination, negatively influence on clinical motion of climacteric syndrome. Basic explanation of these aspects is more deep endocrinology and dysmetabolic violations, characteristic for the patients of this group. The use of hormone replacement therapy in combination with levothyroxine allows substantially to reduce frequency of climacteric violations and improve quality of life of patients of group high of risk. Keywords:climacteric period, disease of thyroid, feature.
