The article analyzes individual issues of ensuring the principle of climate justice. The formation of the principle of climate justice is considered through the prism of the general activities of international and regional organizations, as well as international and domestic judicial institutions operating within these organizations. Court decisions are analyzed from the point of view of affirming the principle of state responsibility for climate change. The inevitability of tightening state obligations with respect to climate change and its normative approval is noted. The special role of non-governmental organizations in the formation of the principle of climate justice is determined.
