The purpose of this article is to study the formation and development of financial inclusion in Kazakhstan. In today's reality, digital technologies are the engine of innovation, competition and economic growth. The author identified a number of factors influencing its development. These technologies make it possible to level barriers to access to financial services, that is, to increase financial inclusion.
