Increasing the Efficiency of Cotton Pulp Production Technology Based on The Use of The Outsourcing Method

The problems of industrial technology for the production of cotton cellulose based on the use of an outsourcing business model are studied. The foreign experience of using outsourcing and the possibility of its use at the enterprises of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The analysis of services of outsourcing companies for small and medium-sized enterprises of the country's cotton processing industry was carried out. The principles of the outsourcing system based on the strategic solution of the necessary procedures for traditional and organic management functions or business processes of the corresponding resources to external contractors on a contract basis have been studied. To improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise, the concept of improving the technology of production of cotton cellulose in the cotton processing industry of Kazakhstan by providing outsourcing services is substantiated. The main methods of making a decision on the use of outsourcing by enterprises and methods of choosing a business process are determined. An assessment was made of the use of outsourcing for small and medium-sized cotton processing enterprises, the structure of which is determined taking into account the requirements of the organization, and the participants in the business process are identified on the basis of their functions and outsourcing management tasks. The main directions for the development of outsourcing relations are proposed, which allow providing enterprises with a set of necessary services of guaranteed quality at an affordable price in order to increase the efficiency of enterprises.
