ABOUT INFLUENCE OF REVOLTING INFLUENCES ON FLUCTUATIONS OF AUTOMATICALLY MOVING CONCRETE AMALGAMATOR

This article explores the dynamic behavior of self-propelled concrete mixers within the longitudinal plane, focusing specifically on the effects of road micro-profiles, represented as a one-dimensional function ℎ(𝑥). The study examines a stationary road micro-profile that remains consistent across different road sections and applies Fourier series to analytically model periodic micro-profiles with arbitrary shapes and irregularities. Through this approach, the research delivers a detailed analysis of how road surface variations impact vehicle dynamics, with particular attention to the fluctuations experienced by self-propelled concrete mixers. A significant observation is the pronounced non-uniformity in motion, particularly when these mixers operate on rough surfaces covered by hard coatings. The findings emphasize the necessity of precise road irregularity modeling to enhance the understanding of the operational conditions influencing self-propelled concrete mixers. In addition, the study offers valuable insights for optimizing vehicle design, improving suspension systems, and ensuring better performance, durability, and efficiency under uneven and challenging road conditions. Keywords: self-propelled, mixers, micro-profile, Fourier series, road irregularities.
