The Impact of Marketing Strategies on the Buying Behaviour of Airline Travellers in Pakistan
The research focuses on details about various factors influencing airline travelers and the impact of marketing strategies in shaping consumer behavior. The behavior industry, which is related to strategic marketing applications, is one of the fastest available modes of transport for passengers or cargo. The key findings show the critical determinants: price, baggage policies, HSE measures, comfort commitment, and ground services. These fundamental elements lead consumers to make decisions, but they will also give airlines a chance to improve their marketing strategy. Thus, airline companies can increase and retain the customer base and profits by targeting advertisements, developing competitive pricing, and rendering personalized services according to customer expectations. The study has emphasized the importance of customer-centric marketing to understand how such a concept can be applied to achieve continuous growth and competitiveness within the aviation sector.
