The cross‐resistance to etofenprox in <i>Nilaparvata lugens</i> with a high adaptability to resistant rice variety <scp>IR56</scp>
The study reveals that BPH adapted to resistant rice variety IR56 exhibits a moderate level of resistance to etofenprox, but the cross-resistance to etofenprox in BPH is unidirectional. The findings here provide theoretical guidance for the integrated pest management strategy, especially focusing on the interplay between applications of resistant variety and insecticides. © 2025 Society of Chemical Industry.
