The System of State Administration Bodies in Matters of the Determination and Estimation of War Damages and Contributions in Poland after the First World War

The aim of this article is to present readers with the results of a comprehensive study of the organisational structure and functioning of Polish state administration bodies in the area of war damage after the end of the First World War. The article undertakes a multi-faceted analysis, from the point of view of administrative law, of the system of organisation of the Polish state administrative bodies for the determination and estimate of war contributions and damages in Poland after the First World War, paying particular attention to the internal layout of these bodies, their staffing, their jurisdiction and procedures used.
