Issues Related to the Processing of Personal Data in Local Government Based on Selected Issues

The aim of this paper is to analyze the protection of personal data in local government carried out by organizational units in the light of selected Polish legal regulations in order to implement the principles of personal data protection contained in the GDPR. Using selected legal solutions, the author discussed the issues of regulating the personal data protection system and the need to develop specific rules or mechanisms aimed at developing specific standards for the personal data protection system operating in broadly understood local government.
