Identification of tpo, tg, tshr and ana antibodies associated with thyroid disorders

Aims: Early detection of (tpo, tg, tshr and ana) antibodies associated with thyroid disorders.Methodology and results: 71 blood samples were taken from thyroid patients and 20 from healthy people of different ages as control samples.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Cobas were used to detect TPO, TG, TSHR and ANA antibodies. It is shown that 29.58% of the patients had hyperthyroidism, with 15.49% having immune hyperthyroidism, 70.42% having hypothyroidism, with 46.47% having immune hypothyroidism.Weight gain, general weariness, lethargy and melancholy were the pathological symptoms in most patients with immune hypothyroidism (84.84%).In contrast, hair loss was seen in 81.81% of patients with immune hyperactivity of the thyroid gland.Autoantibodies occur in various quantities in patients. For example, TPO Ab was found in 33(46.48%) of the patients, whereas TSHR Ab was found in 7(9.85%) and TG Ab was found in 32(45.07%).Compared to control samples that showed no autoantibodies, 15(21.13%) of the patients exhibited antinuclear antibodies of 21.13 percent. Conclusion, significance and impact of study: Patients with immunological hypothyroidism and immune hyperthyroidism have different pathogenic signs. It has been recorded that various quantities of more than one kind of antibody are present in patients. It is concluded that the Ku-pattern ratio is favorable for 13 nuclear patterns.
