Disseminated polymorphic mucocutaneous lesions in an immunocompetent 65-year-old man
A 65-year-old man presented with recurrent episodes of asymptomatic erythematous papular and nodular lesions over the trunk and extremities for 6 years. Over the previous month, he had developed painful oral ulcers associated with lip oedema and sudden-onset hoarseness of voice.
