Research on 3D Printer Precision Positioning Transformation Based on Multi-Sensor Fusion
An intelligent 3D printing system based on laser processing technology is designed. The external laser line is received by the vibrating mirror motor and refracted onto the scanning surface through the mirror to obtain the relevant data of the object. This data is then transmitted to the programmable logic controller in the PLC. After processing, this data is sent to multiple drives in the main body of the machine to drive the 3D printing system. Then a vibration sensor based on multiple simple beams with high voltage and strong magnetic field is proposed. Then a low-pass filter is used to demodulate the PWM square wave, and the Fourier sequence is used to retain the DC component and filter out the other parts, so as to obtain a smaller output voltage. This improves the effect of laser scanning. Experiments show that this method has better bandwidth and higher sensitivity. We measure the bandwidth of the sensor and its response range to the detected information; The selected material is completely insulated nylon wire, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
