Analysis of Vehicle Routing Planning in Logistics Management Based on Hybrid Grey Wolf Optimization Algorithm

The Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), especially the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW), is among the most complex challenges in vehicle management. This paper examines the VRPTW within logistics management, identifying primary issues and challenges, employing mathematical models to describe the problem, and proposing a Hybrid Grey Wolf Optimization (HGWO) algorithm for optimizing vehicle routes. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in multi-customer scenarios.
