Research on risk assessment method for remote calibration of programmable relay protection
In order to reduce the risk of power grid operation, this paper proposes a new type of protection value risk assessment method. By analyzing the common chain fault types and influencing factors, data mining is used to calculate the power system fault correlation degree, as well as the correlation information entropy between the mined data. Using the correlation information entropy coefficient to mine the relevant historical data in the power system, we analyze the fluctuation characteristics of the daily data in depth, make clear the risk probability of the occurrence of the system's load isolation, power source isolation and grid unlisting, as well as the power loss and the degree of risk, and then set up a risk assessment model of the fixed value of the protection to complete the comprehensive risk assessment of the relay protection. The experimental results show that the method of this paper can effectively assess the risk probability and risk degree of the relay protection system, the calculation speed is fast, and the relative root mean square error and average absolute error of the risk assessment are less than 2%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method in the control of the risk of relay protection fixing in power system.
