Decoupling Control of PEMFC Air Supply System Based on Improved ADRC
Synergistic control of air flow and cathode pressure is crucial to improve the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). However, there are challenges in achieving collaborative control of intake air flow and pressure due to the strong coupling between the two states and the high nonlinearity of the problem. This paper designs a control scheme combining active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and linear quadratic regulator (LQR) based on the linear time-varying second-order model of the system. Simulation results show that the proposed control scheme can achieve the target of decoupled control between air flow and cathode pressure and have strong robustness to interference and unmodeled dynamics.
