Multi stakeholder based hierarchical coordinated optimal dispatch method for active distribution network

Aiming at the two-layer optimal scheduling model of distribution network and microgrid which belong to different stakeholders, a two-layer coordinated optimal dispatching scheme is proposed to maximize the comprehensive benefits of active distribution network (ADN) considering many microgrids. The upper model takes the minimum loss of distribution network and the minimum total operation cost as the optimization objective; The lower-layer model takes the minimum total operation cost of multi microgrid as the optimization objective. In the optimization process, the elitism strategy-adaptive genetic algorithm (ES-AGA) and linear programming method are used to solve the problems at each layer respectively. Finally, a modified IEEE-33 node system is used to simulate and analyze the example, which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the scheme.
