Construction of an Intelligent Management System for Sports Training Based on Visual Sensing Technology

With the booming development of the fitness industry, more and more people are paying attention to their physical health and exercise training. However, due to incorrect training methods and differences in individual physical fitness, it is easy to cause sports injuries and unsatisfactory training effects. Therefore, the demand for intelligent management systems for sports training has become increasingly urgent. This article proposes an intelligent management system for motion training based on visual sensing technology. The system utilizes sensors to collect and analyze the body movement data of trainees, thereby achieving real-time monitoring and effective guidance for trainees. The system adopts human-computer interaction to provide personalized training plans and real-time feedback for trainers. At the same time, training records and data can be saved in the cloud for easy viewing and management by trainers at any time. The experimental results show that the intelligent management system not only has good stability and reliability, but also can improve the individual sports efficiency of athletes by 15% -25% depending on individual situations. Compared with traditional sports training methods, this system can provide more personalized and scientific training guidance, effectively improve the effectiveness of sports training, reduce the risk of injury for trainers, and make a positive contribution to the development of the fitness industry.
