The Application of Big Data in Enterprise Human Resource Management

This paper discusses the application of big data technology in enterprise human resource management, especially the innovative application of multi-stage genetic algorithm in human resource management system design. This paper first expounds the importance of big data in human resource management, including improving decision-making efficiency, optimizing recruitment process and enhancing employee performance evaluation. Then, the design principle of multi-stage genetic algorithm is introduced in detail, which can find the optimal solution in large-scale human resource data by simulating natural selection and genetic mechanism. The paper further shows the simulation results based on the algorithm, and verifies its effectiveness and feasibility in practical application. Simulation results show that multi-stage genetic algorithm can significantly improve the performance of human resource management system, especially when dealing with complex and dynamic data environment. Finally, this paper discusses the possible technical challenges in implementing the algorithm, such as data security and system integration problems, and proposes corresponding solutions.
