Research on Spatio-Temporal Data Mining and Auxiliary Decision System Construction in Power Grid Earthquake Emergency Management
This paper proposes a set of management system for power grid emergency management after earthquake disaster. The system integrates the efficient information acquisition capability of remote sensing technology and the accurate spatial analysis function of geographic information system, aiming to improve the efficiency and effect of power grid post-disaster recovery. This integrated platform enables real-time monitoring of affected areas, rapid assessment of damage, and critical information for decision makers to guide optimal allocation of resources. Then, the optimal allocation model of protection resources under earthquake risk is established. The model takes into account a variety of factors, including earthquake intensity, vulnerability of grid facilities, and the accessibility and effectiveness of relief resources. Through mathematical programming and heuristic algorithm, the model can find the optimal resource allocation scheme under the complex realistic constraints, so as to minimize the impact of disasters on power grid operation. In order to verify the validity of the model, a simulation environment is developed to simulate the grid response and resource scheduling process under different earthquake scenarios. The simulation results show that the proposed model can run stably in various challenging scenarios, and significantly improve the response speed and resource utilization of emergency management.
