Design and Optimization of Performance Appraisal Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Genetic Algorithm
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. It is an education that closely integrates theory with practice. Its goal is to cultivate application-oriented and skilled talents with comprehensive ability who can directly conduct production and management on the front line. Performance appraisal is an evaluation method that has been verified for a long time. Its main content is to use systematic theory and technology to conduct a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation of employees' work achievements and work efficiency, which is a key measure widely used in today's management work. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze and solve the weight of each index in the system. Because the set judgment matrix always does not meet the consistency, it needs to be reset, which reduces the practicability of AHP. To solve this problem, genetic algorithm is used to improve the analytic hierarchy process and simplify the setting process of judgment matrix. In the experimental process of the algorithm, aiming at the premature problem of genetic algorithm, the simulated annealing algorithm is added to improve it.
