Intelligent Perception and Data Mining Technology of City Information Modeling CIM in Urban Renewal

City information modeling (CIM), as a new urban data integration and management tool, has built a comprehensive, dynamic and interactive urban information platform by integrating the technologies of building information model (BIM), geographic information system (GIS) and Internet of Things (IoT). CIM can not only realize the intelligent perception and real-time collection of all kinds of urban data, but also reveal the deep laws and potential problems in urban operation through data mining technology, and provide accurate and efficient decision support for urban renewal. This paper first summarizes the basic concept, technical basis and application advantages of CIM, and then expounds in detail the principle of intelligent sensing technology and its specific application in CIM, including monitoring scenarios such as air quality, traffic flow and energy consumption. Furthermore, this paper discusses the data mining technology in CIM, including cluster analysis, association rule mining and prediction model, and reveals the important role of data mining technology in optimizing urban planning, resource allocation and public services. Finally, through the case analysis of Shenzhen North Station Area Digital Twin City Platform System Project in Longhua District, Shenzhen, the practical application effect of CIM technology in urban renewal is demonstrated. The research results of this article provide beneficial references and insights for the intelligent and refined management of urban renewal, promoting the sustainable development of cities.
