Simulation of Human Resource Allocation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
Only through effective allocation of human resources can we fully tap people's potential, mobilize their enthusiasm, give full play to their creativity, improve their work performance, and make them adapt to the development of society and HVC (Higher Vocal Colleges) education. In this paper, the simulation research of HVC human resource allocation model based on improved GA (Genetic algorithm) is carried out. In the process of GA solution, the objective function is used as the detection standard to detect the individual's completion in the problem domain. In this paper, in the selection operation, the optimal preservation strategy is first used to keep two optimal individuals, and then the proportional selection is carried out. In order to avoid the destruction of excellent individuals in the population by crossover and mutation operations, this paper adopts niche technology in the process of crossover and mutation, and through the comparison of parents and offspring individuals, retains excellent individuals and replaces poor individuals. The results show that the improved GA proposed in this paper has obtained the best solution effect in solving the various scale examples of the proposed model construction. After the balanced allocation of personnel, the mean variance of working time is 612.0125, which is 1176.6195 lower than that before the balanced allocation of 1788.632, and the balanced allocation is improved by 65.783%, which shows a remarkable effect.
