Examine Efficiency and Stability through Temperature and ETL Thickness in Solar Cells
This study demonstrates the relationship between PV parameters and temperature by examining the effects of ETL thickness and operating temperature on TiO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>/NH<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>(CH<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>)<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>NH<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>MnCl<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf>/Spiro-OMETAD devices. Through special simulations, scientists can determine the optimal temperature for safety and efficiency. Optimizing this temperature has important implications for renewable energy production, as it maximizes the use of sunlight while minimizing environmental impact. This study also examines the effect of ETL thickness on device performance and highlights the importance of loading and unloading. Understanding changes in thickness and temperature can provide valuable information about the fine balance needed to improve the device. These findings have the potential to improve the reliability and performance of PSK solar cells in real-world situations, which could have important implications for design and manufacturing. The values for this study are 24% PCE, 88.28% FF, 18.257 mA/cm2 J<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">SC,</inf> and 1.485V V<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">OC</inf>. Due to their excellent performance and low cost, PSK solar cells are also a suitable choice for sustainable green energy communication and energy harvesting. Moreover, providing cheap and clean electricity, as well as improving their performance characteristics, will help their widespread use and suitability for business, construction innovation, and safety.
