Research on Video Service Effect of University Libraries Based on User Information Behavior Data: Taking Bilibili Platform as an Example
Based on the platform data of Bilibili, the user information behavior indicator is constructed, and the effect of university library video service is compared and analyzed. It is found that the effectiveness of video services provided by university libraries is generally low, with a serious polarization and a significant lack of interaction. However, users have a high degree of recognition for videos and strong support for libraries. There is a significant correlation between the number of videos and the number of fans, favorites, shares, and barrages. There is also a significant correlation between the number of fans and the number of views, favorites, barrages, shares, coins, and likes. Among all types of videos, those related to information literacy have the best service effect, especially in terms of user recognition of their value.
