Creation of Refrigerating Low-Consumption Oil-Free Compressors with Increased Reliability

The design features of low-speed refrigeration compressors are presented, which make it possible to increase the reliability of the machine compared to existing analogues. Based on the conducted numerical experiments, it is shown that the efficiency of such a compressor is at least not lower, and in some cases exceeds known analogues in such parameters as the feed coefficient, the average discharge temperature, and the indicator isothermal efficiency. The analysis of the results obtained by weight and size parameters showed the possibility of an alternative replacement of commercially available samples of refrigeration equipment with low-speed refrigeration compressors.

Abstract

The design features of low-speed refrigeration compressors are presented, which make it possible to increase the reliability of the machine compared to existing analogues. Based on the conducted numerical experiments, it is shown that the efficiency of such a compressor is at least not lower, and in some cases exceeds known analogues in such parameters as the feed coefficient, the average discharge temperature, and the indicator isothermal efficiency. The analysis of the results obtained by weight and size parameters showed the possibility of an alternative replacement of commercially available samples of refrigeration equipment with low-speed refrigeration compressors.
