Reducing of Phase Noise of LC-Oscillator Using Selective Load for Each Harmonic of Oscillator Signal

The paper proposes a way to reduce the phase noise level of LC-oscillator using selective loading for each harmonic of the LC-oscillator signal. Selective loading in the model is provided for 1st through 5th harmonics. The modeling results show a significant reduction of phase noise level.

Abstract

The paper proposes a way to reduce the phase noise level of LC-oscillator using selective loading for each harmonic of the LC-oscillator signal. Selective loading in the model is provided for 1st through 5th harmonics. The modeling results show a significant reduction of phase noise level.
