Automated Production and Quality Control of Composites Produced by Automatic Non-Mixing Machines Employing Controlled Homogeneity Methods

The paper addresses the synthesis of heterogeneous composites for diverse applications through the proposed methodology of controlled homogeneity, with the objective of achieving markedly superior quality parameters for the composites in comparison to those produced through conventional methods. The research was conducted employing a novel class of automatic non-mixing machines (non-mixers), with continuous and discrete flows of component. A comprehensive comparative analysis of the results of the proposed non-mixing process simulation with the results of their practical implementation has also been conducted. The experiments have proved that the utilization of innovative deterministic non-mixing techniques for the homogenization of composite materials can markedly enhance the quality of composites by a factor of up to and beyond one in comparison with the conventional production methods.
