Improving Methods for Increasing the Efficiency and Environmental Friendliness of Surface Plastic Deformation Technology Using a Minimum Amount of LCTM

The article considers the issues of application of economically sound and environmentally friendly methods of application of minimum quantity of lubricating and cooling technological means for mechanical processing processes, including technologies of surface plastic deformation. The analysis of priority methods of processing is carried out according to the criteria: impact on productivity, energy costs, financial costs, impact on the environment and humans. It is noted that hybrid systems based on the metered supply of lubricating and cooling technological means determine the integration of environmentally friendly processing methods and require a comprehensive assessment of the conditions for the implementation of surface hardening technology.

Abstract

The article considers the issues of application of economically sound and environmentally friendly methods of application of minimum quantity of lubricating and cooling technological means for mechanical processing processes, including technologies of surface plastic deformation. The analysis of priority methods of processing is carried out according to the criteria: impact on productivity, energy costs, financial costs, impact on the environment and humans. It is noted that hybrid systems based on the metered supply of lubricating and cooling technological means determine the integration of environmentally friendly processing methods and require a comprehensive assessment of the conditions for the implementation of surface hardening technology.
