Abstract

According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute(SIPRI), the scale of global defense expenditure has gradually decreasing since the global economic crisis in 2010, but has been increasing since 2015, and the national defense expenditure of European countries has been increasing noticeably since 2023. When purchasing a weapon system overseas, in order to exercise negotiation power against large overseas defense companies, the global defense industry market environment, the level of domestic defense science and technology, and the strengths and weaknesses of manufacturing competitiveness must be analyzed and reflected when establishing a negotiation strategy.
